Galaxy Eternal
The Ladder of Consciousness – From Darkness Toward the Light

We have the power to rise above the pain of our past, to release guilt, fear and anger, and ultimately find our way toward love and inner peace. Galaxy Eternal follows that journey: from inner darkness toward the light.
Dr. David R. Hawkins, a psychiatrist and spiritual teacher, spent decades exploring human consciousness and developed a scale ranging from 1 to 1000, which he described as logarithmic. In his own model, he assigned Guilt a value of 30, Fear 100 and Anger 150. Courage (200) marks the turning point, leading through Acceptance (350) and Reason (400) toward Love (500), Joy (540) and Peace (600). In his teachings, he associated levels below 200 with destructive patterns and those above 200 with constructive ways of being.
For me, this model is a spiritual map of inner transformation. The song explores how difficult feelings can give rise to new insights, opening the possibility of a freer, more loving life within us.
I chose every single word of my lyrics with conscious intention. The story begins in inner darkness, where the pain of the past and limiting beliefs still hold the soul captive. Yet as the song unfolds, forgiveness, hope, self-acceptance and ultimately liberating love gradually emerge.
Through the combination of music, repeated positive affirmations and subtly embedded frequency layers that hold spiritual meaning for me, I wanted to create a kind of inner, energetic ladder: something to hold on to as we turn from burdensome emotional states toward greater openness and freedom, allowing new, empowering feelings to become associated with old, painful memories.
Gratitude plays a particularly important role in this process. When we are able to feel grateful, our attention can shift away from what is missing toward what is already present in our lives. In this way, gratitude can become a bridge between fear and trust, pain and acceptance, inner struggle and love.
Our difficulties need not be only obstacles; they can also become stepping stones toward a more conscious life. Although we cannot change everything that has happened to us, we can shape the way we relate to our past. No matter how deep into darkness we may have fallen, there is always another step leading toward the light. Perhaps the most important realisation is that the light we have been searching for all along has always existed within us.
Musically, the song is built around the deeply emotional and uplifting sound of melodic progressive house. Crystal-clear guitar plucks, soft, warm analogue synthesisers and expressive female vocals create a nostalgic yet hopeful atmosphere. The steady, pulsating rhythm of 120–124 BPM gradually builds momentum, while expansive melodies and euphoric, festival-style climaxes evoke a profound sense of liberation.
The sound is both dreamy and energetic, like witnessing a sunset at the end of a long and difficult journey, when the weight of the past slowly fades away, giving way to hope, freedom and the pure joy of being alive.
